The Speedmac Series is designed for high-capacity, highly accurate operation for large and small batch production runs. The heavy-duty spindles are dynamically balanced and run on premium housing bearings, for superior work-piece finish quality.

The Speedmac provides perfect surface quality, eliminating the need for sanding on planed and profiled surfaces. Width and thickness setting controller is supplied as standard, lowering downtime and increasing efficiency.

  • Sectional Pneumatic Pressure of the Top Feed Rolls can be easily set to provide the best feed roll pressures.
  • Pneumatic Pressure to Side Head Holdover Rolls as well as the Top Head Chipbreaker(s)
  • Super Precision Spindle Assemblies ea. incl. multiple Super-Precision + outboard Bearings for highest runout tolerances - hence better finish
  • Spindles Speeds are std. 6,000 rpm and 7,200rpm/8,000 rpm are optional
  • Hydro-Loc Outboards for horizontal spindle support
  • Each spindle is belt driven by an individual HD motor
  • REC Setworks - Programmable controller provides convenient thickness & width of cut settings. More Powered Top & full Width Botom Rolls then most of our competition. (See Optional SmartSet Controls listed below and in Separate Section)
