It provides fast feed speeds of 75 FPM (24 m/min.) combined with 6,000/7200/8000 RPM spindle speeds to meet requirement of high speed machining. Rigid, cast iron construction allows consistent precision machining.
Thin Kerf sawblades on mounted on last (2-4) vertical spindles permit direct slicing on the machine. With Leadermac's Slicermac, you get speed and versatility to significantly boost productivity.

 • Extremely Short Feeding Capability
  • The unit can feed stock as short as 200mm. The cutting heads are specially designed so that there is a uniquely short distance between them.This results in a superior moulding finish.
  • 6000/7200 or 8000 RPM high speed spindles
 
  • Slicing Mechanism
 
  • The last vertical spindles are set up to mount with thin kerf slicing sawblades. It permits direct slicing once wood moulding is completed for the best in efficiency in producing thin slat type materials.
  • Thin Kerf Blades
 
  • Thin Kerf blades are mounted on Left & right Spindles – operating as a double arbor rip saw
  • Blades are cooled for best possible performance
  • Guides behind blades & Vertical Feed rolls
 
  • The horizontal guides behind the slicing blades serve to guide and support the thin pieces as they exit.
  • The vertical feed rolls also aid in feeding the pieces as they exit from the machine
  • Liftable Auxiliary Feed Roller
 
  • The mechanism provides added smooth feeding for short workpieces to 8”. The auxiliary feed rollers are power driven for effortless feeding effect, and are liftable for convenient cutter change or setup.
  • Accurate Pressure Display
 
  • The pressure on front and rear pressure plate for the top spindle is accurately displayed by the digital meter. This increases cutting stability.
  • Powered Infeed Bottom Roller
 
  • The smooth initial feeding of the stock is achieved by means of the independently powered infeed rollers.
