GREEN 85A Super Additive - Moulder rollers demanding ultra high performance, exhibiting exceptional wear while maintenance a positive footprint
 
ADVANTAGES OF SUPER ADDITIVE MATERIAL:
1. 15% drop in energy usage due to 85% less co friction factor
2. Operates using down pressure (operator using 85/one hundred pounds) can reduce until proper in-feeding is achieved
3. 3 - 4 times longer wear over standard rollers allowing OD to maintain original size for best production.
BLUE 90A - Moulder infeed and holddown rollers, slightly softer (Very Good for MDF)
ORANGE 80A - Moulder pull out rollers, increase tensile strength with an elogated footprint (Usually only used on Hardwoods & MDF)
RED 95A - Good feed table rolls, harsh moulder infeed (rough material) applications requiring high resiliance and abrasion resistance
