AKHURST-GRIND
Synthetic Machining & Grinding Coolant Concentrate

DESCRIPTION
Akhurst-Grind is a high performance grinding fluid, which provides high stock removal and protects the wheel from loading. Akhurst-Grind is used to grind all metals as well as for grinding suction rolls and couch rolls in paper mills. Akhurst-Grind mixes well with either hard or soft water to form a yellowish transparent solution.

APPLICATION
Synthetic water expandable coolant for wet grinding & machining.

MIXING DIRECTIONS
• For grinding steel, carbide and non- ferrous metals:
50 parts water to 1 part Akhurst-Grind
• For grinding cast iron:
40 parts water to 1 part Akhurst-Grind
• For grinding glass or crystal:
50 parts water to 1 part Akhurst-Grind

Table Lubricant

Akhurst-Table Lube is designed for use on automatic & manual bed lubrication systems for moulders.

FEATURES:
· Excellent, non-sticking table lubricant
