FEATURES
  • Standard Version with: insertion mechanism attached to the infeed table (i.e. using moulder infeed table)
  • Infinitely adjustable in widths from 1” – 9” by handwheel,
  • Applying lateral (side) pressure on the work pieces.
  • Pressure regulated by pneumatic cylinder and controlled by Regulator & Pressure Gauge,
  • Manually adjustable hydraulic variable feed speed 0 to 118 FPM
  • Feed Motor Hydraulic power unit 2 HP c/w motor starter pre-wired, valving and accessories includes separate power unit with 10 feet of hose for connection
  • Sectional infeed roller with knurled face, for handling thicknesses from 3/4” to 1 ½”, dependant on face widths of the feed wheel.
  • Loading magazine – 20” high, adjustable in width according to the workpieces being run
  • Electrics are 230/460 or 575/3/60 including control to allow connection to moulder infeed

  • Width from 1” – 9” (12” optional)
  • Thickness from .32” – 2” (4” available on request but with shorter lengths)

    **Note: This machine is designed to handle lumber up to 10’ (or longer) in length. Lumber condition and/or Green lumber may Limit the max. length that can be handled. Stack height in the hopper may have to be reduced to accommodate for various product conditions and longer lengths.
    - Also shorter material can be fed but it will have to but feed
Options Available
  • Idling Infeed roll case for material feeding onto moulder feed table
  • Thin Rim Wheel down to .25” thick stock
  • Urethane feed roller, in addition to of standard feed roller (i.e. Non Marking)
    Normally – only used for thin stock to max. ¾” thickness

FEATURES
  • Includes short Lateral Infeed Belt feeding to Longitudinal Belt which singulates the pieces and Infeeds them to the Side Short Stock – Chain Feeder mechanism.
  • Operator loads the infeed belt and the rest is automatic. Note loading on ht belt is much easier then loading a hopper.
  • Standard Version with: insertion mechanism attached to the infeed table (i.e. using 55” (1.4) meter short moulder infeed table)
  • Infinitely adjustable in widths from 1” – 9” by handwheel,
  • Applying lateral (side) pressure with chain feeder onto the work pieces.
  • Pressure regulated by pneumatic cylinder and controlled by Regulator & Pressure Gauge,
  • Manually adjustable variable feed speed 25 to 150 FPM
  • Feed Drive Motor ½ HP & Chain Drive Motor 1 HP
  • Electrics are 230/460 or 575/3/60 including control to allow connection to moulder infeed
