Lateral Feed Tables

Features

Most Different Feed Speeds are Iindicated – 125FPM, 180FPM, 250FPM, 350FPM, 500FPM, 650FPM & 1200FPM 

The number of chains are the strands on the feed deck. These chains are steel on the base standard models.  As an alternate they can be plastic.  ( see up grade in pricing) . For the slower speed table design, the chains can be flat top design or open link design chain. The open link design is suggested for a more positive feed and more suitable for material that might tend to be inconsistent in shape. Note the maximum lengths given for each table model is the length of material that will sit on the chain deck. It is possible to run longer lengths and have  excess material hang over the chain deck. Material size and handling speed will be a factor when considering this.

The lower feed rolls are steel on the standard table.  The rollers are knurled face. The rolls can be urethane as alternate (up grade pricing). Generally the bottom rolls are steel and the top rollers would be urethane. For heavier hard to feed material knurled face rollers are suggested .Standard tables include steel lower rolls with knurled face and urethane top rolls with replaceable tires. Standard is 2" width. For wider material over 9" the rollers will have a 3" face width.

The LTE  180 (Lateral table, electric driven) tables are designed for materials that tend to be lighter in weight and uniform in shape and size. The top feed rolls are not driven on these tables. The lower feed rolls are driven with a variable speed frequency drive. The chain deck is also driven with variable frequency drive. LTE 180 models have the first 2 chain runs decked in and two feed roll groups. These tables include a 2 foot idler roll bridge & hold down bar.

The LTE 350, 650 &1200 (Lateral table, electric driven) tables are designed for for faster feed speeds. The top feed rolls are driven for the handling of heavier and more difficult materials (Standard on LTE 650 & LTE 1200 and are optional and recommended on LTE 350 models,for heavier, more difficult material feeding)
